 tructure managers to exchange experience and&nbsp\; best practices for mai
 ntaining railways with speeds of 250 km/h or more\, and allow potential HS
 R operators to learn from their experienced colleagues. Sessions on the fi
 rst two days will include technical presentations on the performance and m
 aintenance of sub-systems such as rolling stock\, civil works\, permanent 
 way\, signalling & communications\, together with benchmarking and sharing
